Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of Kellexa. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

Kellexa enables lawful automation of content publishing. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects users, platforms, and the public. Violations may result in suspension, workflow pausing, or account termination without refund.

2. Permitted uses

  • Automating content pipelines you own or have licensed for distribution.
  • Publishing to social accounts you administer with proper OAuth authorization.
  • Using AI tools and media processing for original or properly licensed material.
  • Agency use on behalf of clients with their authorization and compliance obligations.

3. Prohibited content

You may not process, generate, or publish content that:

  • Violates copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Contains illegal material (e.g., child sexual abuse material, terrorism promotion, illegal drugs where prohibited).
  • Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence against protected groups.
  • Spreads malware, phishing, or deceptive scams.
  • Violates YouTube Community Guidelines, Meta Community Standards, or applicable platform policies.
  • Uses deepfakes or synthetic media to deceive without required disclosure where mandated by law or platform.
  • Impersonates individuals or brands without authorization.

4. Prohibited technical conduct

  • Attempting unauthorized access to Kellexa, other accounts, or third-party systems.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities except through our coordinated disclosure program.
  • Circumventing rate limits, credit metering, authentication, or API restrictions.
  • Using the Services to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or artificial engagement (fake views, likes, followers).
  • Mining cryptocurrency or unrelated compute abuse on our infrastructure.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the Services without written agreement.
  • Scraping the Site or App in violation of robots.txt or Terms.

5. AI & automated content

  • Comply with third-party AI provider terms and usage policies.
  • Disclose AI-generated content where required by platform or law.
  • Do not use AI to produce non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal content, or material targeting minors.
  • Review outputs before publishing — you remain responsible for published content.

6. Platform compliance

You must maintain valid connections to YouTube and Instagram, respect API quotas, and respond to platform enforcement notices. Kellexa may pause workflows that threaten connected account standing or our API access.

7. Enforcement

We investigate reports and automated signals. Remedies include content removal, workflow pause, credit forfeiture for abuse, account suspension, and referral to law enforcement. Report violations to info@kellexa.com.
