Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions, credit packs, and cancellations work on Kellexa.

1. Overview

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Kellexa paid plans and credit purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless you choose immediate downgrade where offered.
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
  • Plan downgrades may reduce entitlements (workflows, accounts, credits) on the next renewal date.

3. Credit packs & usage

  • Credits are consumed when workflow nodes execute; rates are shown in-app.
  • Purchased credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are issued to your wallet.
  • Monthly plan credits may expire at period end if not stated otherwise on the pricing page.
  • Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts except as required by law.

4. Refund eligibility

Except where required by law or stated below, all fees are non-refundable.

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors: contact info@kellexa.com within 14 days for correction or refund.
  • Service unavailability: if Kellexa fails to provide core Services for a continuous period exceeding our SLA (if applicable), you may request a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
  • EU/UK consumers: statutory withdrawal rights may apply to digital services — by starting use immediately after purchase you may waive withdrawal rights where permitted; contact us within 14 days if you have not used the Services.
  • India: refunds follow applicable consumer protection rules and payment gateway policies.

5. Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension. Contact billing support first so we can resolve disputes.

6. Taxes & invoices

Prices may exclude applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax). Invoices are available in the App. Provide accurate billing details for tax compliance.
