Copyright & DMCA Policy

We expect users to upload and publish only content they have the right to use. Kellexa does not proactively monitor all User Content but will respond to notices of alleged infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international law.

If you believe content on Kellexa infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, workflow name, account email if known).
4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was erroneous, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your signature and contact information.
2. Identification of removed material and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district (or India if outside the U.S.) and acceptance of service from the complainant.

We may restore content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action, consistent with DMCA procedures.

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
